Caught 5 subjects using crystal meth in a rented room in Hai Duong City

At about 8:50 p.m. on January 16, at rented room number 3, house number 5, alley 28/293 Ngo Quyen, Tan Binh ward (Hai Duong city), the working group of the Drug Crime Investigation Police Team, Hai Duong City Police, in coordination with Tan Binh Ward Police (Hai Duong city) caught 5 subjects red-handed illegally using drugs.

The 5 subjects include: Nguyen Trong Duc (born in 1990, in Yen Thanh, Nghe An), Ha Ngoc Anh (born in 1977, in Huong Khe, Ha Tinh), Nguyen Dinh Huy (born in 1987, in Tran Phu ward), Pham Van Hanh (born in 1990, in Tran Hung Dao ward, Hai Duong city) and Nguyen Van Phong (born in 1990, in Lai Cach town, Cam Giang).

Through rapid testing, the above 5 subjects were all positive for drugs (crystal meth).

Of the five subjects, Nguyen Dinh Huy has three previous convictions for fraud, gambling and theft. The remaining subjects have no previous convictions.

The Investigation Police Agency of Hai Duong City Police is continuing to investigate and clarify the case.
