The Investigation Police Agency of Nam Sach District Police has just issued a decision to prosecute 3 subjects including: Dao Xuan Hung (born in 1990, in Thai Hoa commune, Ham Yen district, Tuyen Quang), Vu Xuan Long (born in 2001, residing in Nam Chinh commune) and Nguyen Dang Thang (born in 1999, residing in An Son commune, also in Nam Sach district) for the crime of organizing illegal use of drugs.
At 12:20 p.m. on May 18, 2023, at a rented room in Mieu Lang village (Dong Lac commune, Nam Sach) rented by Dao Xuan Hung, the working group of Nam Sach district police discovered the above 3 subjects organizing illegal use of crystal meth.
Vu Xuan Long had a previous conviction for rape.
