Hai Duong Newspaper has a work that won the C prize. It is a series of works "The story of the last village in Hai Duong with a party cell" including 4 news and articles in the electronic newspaper category by author Nguyen Trong Tuan (pen name Ninh Tuan), Head of the Party Building Department.

The work reflects the fact that Bo Nong village, Tuan Viet commune (Kim Thanh, Hai Duong) is the only village in Hai Duong province that does not have a Party cell; the causes of this problem, the difficulties and limitations in Party building, socio-economic development, ensuring security and national defense in Bo Nong village when there is no Party cell; giving opinions on the early completion of the Party cell here to effectively implement Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW of the Central Executive Committee of the Party, ensuring the political foundation for all activities of the village; reflecting the direction of the Standing Committee of Kim Thanh District Party Committee to request the early establishment of the Party cell in Bo Nong village and finally, acknowledging the joy of cadres, Party members and people on the day of announcing the establishment of the Party cell; the effects of the Party cell, the direction of activities and tasks of the Party cell in the coming time.

This is the first time Hai Duong Newspaper has won the C prize of the Golden Hammer and Sickle Award.

At the 7th Golden Hammer and Sickle Awards in 2022, 11 provincial and municipal Party newspapers won a total of 13 awards, including 2 B prizes, 3 C prizes, 6 consolation prizes and 2 thematic prizes (equivalent to the C prize).

In 2016, at the first Golden Hammer and Sickle Awards, Hai Duong Newspaper had a work that won an encouragement prize.

By the time of closing the submission of entries for the 7th Golden Hammer and Sickle Award - 2022, the Award Standing Agency (Party Building Magazine) had received 2,031 works, including 697 print works, 454 electronic works, 529 television works, 293 radio works and 58 photojournalistic works.

The entries for this year’s Golden Hammer and Sickle Awards continue to be diverse in theme and genre, and cover all provinces and cities across the country. Most of the entries have closely followed hot issues, outstanding events, and key tasks of the political system and the country.
