On the afternoon of June 27, in Tu Minh ward (Hai Duong city), comrade Trieu The Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province and the delegation of the People's Council of Hai Duong province, term XVII, 2021-2026, running for election in Hai Duong city, met with voters before the 16th session of the People's Council of the term XVII.

Voters of Tu Minh ward listened to the provincial People's Council delegates report on the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in the first 6 months of the year, and key tasks and solutions for the last 6 months of the year in Hai Duong province.


The delegation of the People's Council of Hai Duong province, term XVII, 2021 - 2026, running for election in Hai Duong city, met with voters in Tu Minh ward.

At the meeting, 10 voters expressed their opinions on 25 contents related to many issues such as site clearance, environment, traffic infrastructure, urban, culture, etc. Specifically, voters of Cam Khe residential area said that the area does not have a cultural house, so the activities of children in the summer and people in the residential area are still difficult; the resettlement project along National Highway 5 is not yet completed, heavy rain causes flooding, affecting the lives of people in the residential area. Voters of Lo Cuong B residential area recommended that the province and the city pay attention to building drainage ditches and roads in the residential area to facilitate people. Voters of some other residential areas suggested that attention be paid to reviewing the issuance of land use right certificates (red books), building playgrounds, installing traffic lights at some intersections to minimize the risk of traffic accidents, etc.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung acknowledged the practical and dedicated contributions of voters. Regarding the difficulties in granting red books, Mr. Trieu The Hung said that this is an issue with many shortcomings due to the provisions of the current Land Law and hopes that after the law is amended and supplemented, it will thoroughly resolve issues related to people's land. Regarding some issues related to the construction of cultural houses in residential areas and the installation of traffic lights, the province will assign the City People's Committee to consider and resolve.
