Aston Martin recently announced information about its only SUV product line, focusing on upgrading interior amenities and "killing" the standard DBX line to focus on producing the DBX707 model.

Specifically, the Aston Martin DBX707 super SUV will not change in design because this model has only been launched since 2022. Changes in the upgraded version include the addition of some new exterior paint colors, automatic door handles when the car is unlocked, an interior rearview mirror with a reverse screen and a new set of 23-inch alloy wheels.

Compared to its predecessor, the 2025 DBX707 better meets customer needs with a series of new amenities. First of all, the interior space uses a 10.25-inch touch screen compatible with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, replacing the old Mercedes entertainment system. Behind the steering wheel is a larger 12.3-inch dashboard.

In addition, the center console has been refined, making it more convenient for users to use and has the same style as other models in the Aston Martin product line. Physical buttons are used to control driving modes, suspension, safety technology or exhaust sound so that the driver does not get confused, instead of being completely integrated into the center screen.

Every detail in the interior of this super SUV can be changed and personalized according to the customer's preferences, such as new interior materials in the options table with smoked oak, ziricote wood, new patterned carbon fiber, etc. In addition to the standard 14-speaker 800-Watt sound system of Aston Martin, customers can also choose 23 speakers 1,600 Watt from Bowers & Wilkins.

Under the hood is still a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine, producing a maximum capacity of 697 horsepower and a maximum torque of 900 Nm. Power is transmitted to all four wheels via a 9-speed automatic transmission. The maximum speed of the DBX707 is 310 km/h, while the ability to accelerate from 0-100 km/h takes only 3.3 seconds.

According to data from Autocar (UK), Aston Martin DBX707 accounted for 2/3 of DBX product line sales in 2023 and even increased to 90% by the present time of 2024. Therefore, they had to stop producing the standard DBX model.

In the Vietnamese market, the Aston Martin DBX has an official price of 16.68 billion VND, the DBX707 model is sold for 21.8 billion VND. In addition to the 4 standard DBXs, there have been at least 4 other DBX707s in the hands of Vietnamese tycoons, of which 2 are owned by Mr. Dang Le Nguyen Vu. With a small number and being "discontinued", the DBX model suddenly became a rare car line in our country.
