At the first session of the 6th Congress of Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union on the afternoon of August 29, Mr. Bui Hai Bang was re-elected as Chairman of the 6th Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union.

The first session of the 6th Congress of Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union took place on the afternoon of August 29 at the Dong Xu Cultural Center.

On the afternoon of August 29, at the Xu Dong Cultural Center, the first session of the 6th Congress of the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union for the 2024-2029 term took place. The congress elected the 6th Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union Committee, the President of the association, the Inspection Committee, and the delegation to attend the 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union.

As a result, the delegates unanimously elected the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union Committee, term VI, consisting of 33 members; the Association's Inspection Committee, consisting of 5 members; 16 official delegates and 4 alternate delegates to attend the 9th National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union.

Mr. Bui Hai Bang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union, Term V, was re-elected as Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union, Term VI.

The 6th Congress of the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union, term 2024-2029, took place on August 29-30 at the Dong Xu Cultural Center with the participation of 177 delegates, representing 379,600 young people in the province.

At the first working session, delegates participated in discussions on the topics "Building a strong Vietnam Youth Union and strengthening youth solidarity", "Hai Duong Youth with the movement I love my Fatherland".

Mr. Bui Hai Bang was born in 1988, from Thang Long commune (Kinh Mon), has a bachelor's degree in financial management - accounting, a master's degree in economic management, and a high level of political theory. He has held the following positions: Head of the Provincial Youth Union's Rural, Workers' and Urban Youth Department, Head of the Provincial Youth Union's Organization - Inspection Department, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, and Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union, term V.
