Miss Ngoc Quynh will attend the Congress of the Youth Union of Hai Duong province.

The 6th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union of Hai Duong province, term 2024-2029, will take place on August 29 and 30 at the Eastern Culture Center (Hai Duong City) with the participation of 177 official delegates. Miss Ngoc Quynh is a guest of the congress.

Sharing a message to the Congress, Miss Tourism Vietnam 2024 said: "The Congress of the Youth Union is an important event to orient and set new goals for the youth movement, arouse the spirit of initiative and creativity of Hai Duong youth, contribute to building an increasingly prosperous homeland and enhance the role of the youth movement".

Miss Vietnam Tourism Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh was born in 1998, in Hai Tan Ward (Hai Duong City). She is a former English major student at Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted. At the final night of the Miss Vietnam Tourism 2024 contest, she excelled over 37 contestants to win the beauty queen crown. Ngoc Quynh pursues her passion as a content creator and is currently a bilingual MC. Miss Ngoc Quynh is not only the pride of Hai Duong but also a typical representative of the confident and dynamic young generation.
