The People's Court of Hai Duong province has just announced that provincial and district courts will hold trials and sessions to resolve cases every day of the week from July 13 to September 30, 2024.

As of June 30, the two-level court in Hai Duong had resolved 5,267 out of a total of 6,877 cases accepted (the number of accepted cases increased by 368 cases compared to the same period in 2023). There are currently 1,610 cases remaining and the number of cases in 2024 is forecast to increase significantly compared to 2023.
To ensure the progress of resolving all types of cases according to the targets and norms assigned by the National Assembly and the Supreme People's Court, and at the same time ensure the rights of people in the province, the Provincial and District People's Courts of Hai Duong province will organize trials and open sessions to resolve cases on all days of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays, starting from July 13, 2024 to September 30, 2024.
