5 officers from departments in Kim Thanh asked for early retirement

Among them, there is one cadre under the management of the Provincial Party Committee, comrade Dao Quang Thuat, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department, born in 1967.

The remaining 4 cases are managed by the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, including: Nguyen Van Sinh, District Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee (born in 1972); Luong Tuyet Hanh, District Party Committee member, Head of the Health Department (born in 1968); Nguyen Danh Mau, Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Department (born in 1968) and Phi Van Ngoc, Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department (born in 1968).

Currently, Kim Thanh district is completing the procedures to request early retirement to enjoy the regime according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government for the above cases.

According to the Organizing Committee of Kim Thanh District Party Committee, the comrades who are managers, heads and deputy heads of specialized departments under the District People's Committee and departments under Kim Thanh District Party Committee voluntarily apply for early retirement when streamlining the apparatus to facilitate the work of cadres when rearranging. Currently, the unit is continuing to grasp the wishes and receive applications of cadres requesting early retirement to advise the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee for consideration and resolution.

On the afternoon of February 12, the Standing Committee of Kim Thanh District Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the decision of Kim Thanh District Party Committee to merge the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee and the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee into the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee, which will operate from March 1, 2025. The District Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Committee has 8 cadres and specialists.
