As of November 30, the entire Hai Duong province has 3 districts: Kim Thanh, Nam Sach, Tu Ky, which have held a ceremony to announce the decision to merge the radio station and the district-level cultural - information - sports center, establishing a cultural, sports and media center.
In which, Kim Thanh district is the first locality to hold the announcement ceremony on November 27.
At the announcement ceremony, localities awarded decisions on appointing officials to directors and deputy directors.
After the merger, the three radio station chiefs of the above districts were appointed as directors of the cultural, sports and communication centers.
2 directors of the cultural - information - sports centers in the 2 districts of Nam Sach and Kim Thanh are deputy directors of the cultural, sports and communication centers. Nam Sach district has the largest number of deputy directors after the merger, 5 comrades, Kim Thanh district has 4 comrades, and Tu Ky district has 2 comrades.
Before the merger, the Tu Ky District Culture - Information - Sports Center had no director. The deputy director in charge was suspended from work to serve the investigation and verification of violations of moral qualities and lifestyle. The head of the district radio station was transferred to be the deputy director of the Culture - Information - Sports Center, and after the merger became the deputy director of the Culture, Sports and Communications Center.
During the restructuring period, the number of deputy heads of the merged center may be higher than the regulation of a maximum of 2 comrades, but when a deputy retires or is transferred to another job, it will not be added.
Within a maximum of 3 years from 2025, there must be a solution to transfer and rearrange the number of deputies. In case of transfer to a lower position, the position allowance will be reserved until the end of the appointment term.
It is expected that on December 1, Hai Duong City will hold a ceremony to announce and hand over decisions on appointing officials. Thanh Mien District is expected to hold the ceremony on December 2. Currently, localities are actively preparing, handing over and receiving assets, finances, seals, etc.
The remaining localities in the province are continuing to complete the personnel plan and will announce it in December or on January 1, 2025 to ensure that the district-level cultural, sports and media center comes into operation no later than January 1, 2025 as required by the People's Committee of Hai Duong province.
