AH Group Joint Stock Company has been granted 28 land use right certificates by the People's Committee of Hai Duong province for 28 plots of land in the residential area north of Huong River, Thanh Ha district.
The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has decided to grant 28 certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land at the residential area project north of Huong River, Tan Viet commune (Thanh Ha) to AH Group Joint Stock Company. The total area of 28 plots of land is more than 3.5 hectares. AH Group Joint Stock Company is only allowed to transfer land use rights after the competent authority approves the results of the acceptance of the project's infrastructure completion and other conditions as prescribed by law. The transferee of land use rights at the project is allowed to use the land stably and permanently. The People's Committee of the province assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to direct the granting of land use rights certificates, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land granted to the company.
The residential area project north of Huong River, Tan Viet Commune (Thanh Ha) is nearly 9.8 hectares wide, invested by AH Group Joint Stock Company.
