226 plots of land in the new residential area of An Phu ward (Kinh Mon) have been granted "red books" by the People's Committee of Hai Duong province.
Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has decided to grant 226 certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land in the new residential area of An Phu ward (Kinh Mon) to the Joint Venture of Dong Hai 27-7 Joint Stock Company and Tan Viet Bac Infrastructure Construction and Mining Investment.
The total area of 226 plots of land is more than 2.37 hectares in An Phu ward. The Provincial People's Committee requires the consortium of the above two companies to only transfer land use rights after the competent authority approves the results of the acceptance of the project's infrastructure completion and other conditions according to regulations. The transferee of the project's land use rights is allowed to use the land stably and permanently.
The An Phu new residential area project is about 9 hectares wide (of which more than 3 hectares are residential land, the rest is market land, cultural house, infrastructure...) and was approved by the Provincial People's Committee to select investors since 2018.
