25 residential and urban projects have investors but have not been allocated land

Hai Duong province currently has 25 residential and urban area projects that have selected investors but have not been allocated land with a total area of ​​more than 320 hectares.

According to the report of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee on accelerating the progress of land price calculation and infrastructure investment in 2025, the whole province currently has 25 residential and urban projects that have selected investors but have not been allocated land with a total area of ​​over 320 hectares. The total investment capital of the projects is over 5,000 billion VND.

Most projects have not been allocated land due to the area of ​​equitized land, public land managed by the State according to the Law on Public Property, and site clearance work has not been implemented and resolved completely.

Among the 25 projects, Binh Giang, Kim Thanh districts and Hai Duong city have the most projects with investors who have not yet been allocated land (each unit has 4 projects). Next are Thanh Mien and Cam Giang districts with 3 projects each; the localities including Tu Ky, Gia Loc, Ninh Giang, and Chi Linh city each have 1-2 projects.

According to the economic growth scenario plan for 2025, in the first quarter of 2025, 100% of the above projects will complete site clearance and hand over land to investors. By the third quarter of 2025, 100% of the projects will complete land valuation; by the fourth quarter of 2025, 100% of the projects will start construction.

In addition to 25 projects with investors but not yet allocated land, the province currently has 17 residential and urban projects whose investors have been allocated land but have not yet calculated land prices, with a total area of ​​nearly 463 hectares.

Previously, on February 25, the Provincial People's Committee decided to allocate land to the investor to implement the project to invest in building a new residential area and commercial services in Hung Long commune (Ninh Giang); reducing 1 residential and urban area project with investors but not yet allocated land compared to the beginning of 2025.
