Land allocation to Thanh Dat Company to build and operate infrastructure of Ba Hang Industrial Park

Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has decided to lease land to Thanh Dat Trading - Transport Company (LLC) for the first phase to implement the Project of Investment, Construction and Business of Technical Infrastructure of Ba Hang Industrial Cluster (Hai Duong City).

New residential area of Quyet Thang commune (Hai Duong city) is nearly 10 hectares wide.

The Provincial People's Committee has just decided to assign and lease nearly 10 hectares of land to the joint venture of Happyland Company Limited and Ha Phuong Group Corporation in Quang Trung Ward (Hai Duong City) to implement the investment project to build a new residential area in Quyet Thang Commune (Hai Duong City).
25 residential and urban projects have investors but have not been allocated land

Hai Duong province currently has 25 residential and urban area projects that have selected investors but have not been allocated land with a total area of more than 320 hectares.
