Responding to the program "120 days of action - reaching the finish line successfully", Hai Duong Provincial Post Office has developed solutions to increase revenue and improve customer service quality.
This is an action program to create a breakthrough in business activities in 2024 launched by Vietnam Post Corporation to all Post Offices in provinces and cities across the country.
Synchronous deployment
Responding to the above program, Hai Duong Provincial Post Office focused on synchronously implementing solutions and organizing many emulation programs to promote production and business activities throughout the network.
The Provincial Post Office identified “120 days of action - Successfully reaching the finish line” as one of the important tasks of the unit, so it gathered the strength of all cadres, employees and workers to participate through campaign communication to all cadres, employees and workers. Specify the guidance content into programs and action scenarios with specific and clear goals. With tools to support inspection and control of the management of goals in the campaign “120 days of action - Successfully reaching the finish line”, the Provincial Post Office has developed solutions to increase revenue and improve customer service quality. Launched business promotion programs in the campaign including new sales competition programs and revenue growth competition programs between months.
In parallel with the campaign "120 days of action - Successfully reaching the finish line", the Provincial Post Office has reorganized its specialized sales force throughout the unit. With the slogan "Hai Duong Provincial Post Office is determined to make continuous efforts and successfully reach the finish line", the unit has developed a scenario and determined detailed revenue targets for each service group. Resolutely promote business activities, increase service revenue output, focus on postal delivery services, and retail financial services with a high proportion of revenue. Improve the efficiency of sales force operations, supervise sales in the areas. Expand market share, increase revenue to strive to complete the 2024 plan, ensure income and life of workers.
Daily monitoring
To achieve and exceed the set plan, from the first days of the year, Hai Duong Provincial Post Office issued a document guiding business operations and target management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Promote business activities, increase service revenue output, in order to complete the 2024 plan. Along with deploying support tools to check and control the management of assigned business targets, thereby building solutions to increase revenue and improve customer service quality.
After the information technology incident at Vietnam Post Corporation in June 2024, Hai Duong Provincial Post Office implemented solutions in accordance with the direction of superiors. Proactively developed specific and detailed plans for each stage to have solutions. Implemented communication work, customer retention solutions such as increasing customer care staff, taking care of orders - expediting, timely checking COD fees... Implemented emulation programs, promotional programs to retain customers. With efforts and determination, by July 2024, revenue had gradually stabilized and been restored.
In August 2024, with the goal of promoting and boosting postal and delivery business in the last months of the year and responding to the emulation movement of the Corporation, the Provincial Post Office launched the campaign "120 days of action - Successfully reaching the finish line". Along with implementing business scenarios, sales scenarios and implementing emulation programs in all business areas applicable to all sales force subjects, unit leaders, at the same time establishing a stable sales team management model for the year 2025.
For the international delivery service group, Hai Duong Provincial Post Office has deployed a dedicated delivery service to Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Australia, Canada, and the US through the unit's fanpage and Zalo OA. After 11 months of implementation, the dedicated service achieved impressive revenue growth with 300 orders, with revenue reaching 647.5 million VND.
For the domestic delivery service group, Hai Duong Provincial Post Office flexibly applies specific measures to improve service quality, meet customer requirements; at the same time, increase competitiveness compared to competitors, affirm the prestige and brand of the post office in the market by expanding cooperation, closely coordinating with many partners and suppliers inside and outside the industry to improve the ability to serve customers in industrial parks such as: Logistics Center - CPN EMS Corporation, Logistics Center - Corporation, Minh Tue Transport Service Development Company Limited, Overtimes Transport Company and other social media.
2025 target
1. Revenue: VND 290.3 billion, reaching 100% of the plan, up 21% compared to 2024.
+ Postal and delivery: VND 117.3 billion, up 13% compared to 2024.
+ TCBC: 64.5 billion VND, up 36% compared to 2024 implementation.
+ KDPP: 72.99 billion VND, up 41% compared to 2024 implementation
+ HCC: 35.52 billion VND, up 4% compared to 2024 implementation.
2. The difference between revenue and expenditure reached 36,363 billion VND, reaching 100% of the plan.
3. Labor productivity: 261.51 million VND/person/year.
4. Average income of workers: 11 million VND/person/month.
5. Quality: TOP 1 quality of the Corporation.
