100% of primary schools in Hai Duong pilot digital report cards

The pilot was conducted with grades 1, 2, 3, and 4.

Accordingly, primary schools in the province agree to use the database software of the Hai Duong education and training sector.http://csdl.haiduong.edu.vn.

In April and May, the Department of Education and Training organized training and piloted the digital transcripts; supported the inspection and supervision of the pilot process. In June, the implementation results were summarized and evaluated.

The pilot implementation of digital report cards at primary school level aims to build and perfect the model and process of managing and using digital report cards as a basis for implementing unified digital report cards throughout the province.

Hai Duong has about 245 primary schools.

Digital transcripts are digitized transcripts, stored in a digital environment, with electronic authentication signatures of individuals and authorized organizations, and have legal value for use in a digital environment; at the same time, ensuring complete and accurate storage of information about students and their learning and training results during the learning process. In addition, digital transcripts ensure convenience in using, managing, looking up, and authenticating transcripts online as well as allowing the export of soft copies that can be printed on paper according to the transcript form prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training for use in some specific cases. In particular, implementing digital transcripts will help reform, reduce administrative procedures, reduce pressure on records and books, save a lot of time for teachers, innovate management work for schools, and make it convenient for parents to look up their children's learning results, coordinate to remind them to study, and accompany the school.
