According to the results of the 2023 administrative reform index assessment of Hai Duong's departments and branches, the Department of Education and Training and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism all increased by 4 ranks, the highest increase among the units that increased their administrative reform index rankings compared to 2022.
The Department of Education and Training ranked 5th, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism ranked 6th in the 2023 administrative reform index ranking at the department and sector level in Hai Duong.
