Replacing 6 administrative procedures under the Department of Education and Training

Accordingly, there are 6 new administrative procedures replaced, including 3 provincial-level administrative procedures: school transfer for high school students; receiving high school students returning home; receiving foreign high school students; 3 district-level administrative procedures: school transfer for middle school students; receiving middle school students returning home; receiving foreign middle school students.

The detailed contents of these 6 administrative procedures are announced in Decision No. 941/QD-BGDDT dated April 6, 2022 of the Minister of Education and Training on the announcement of the replaced set of administrative procedures, the field of secondary education is under the management scope of the Ministry of Education and Training.

The Provincial People's Committee also approved 6 internal procedures for handling administrative procedures; abolished 2 internal procedures for handling administrative procedures including: school transfer for high school students and school transfer for middle school students. The Department of Education and Training is responsible for implementing, guiding, and providing the content of administrative procedures for the Public Administration Service Center and the District People's Committee to publicly post, guide, and organize the reception and return of results of handling administrative procedures to organizations and individuals in accordance with regulations.

All content on the announcement of the list of administrative procedures and approval of internal procedures for handling administrative procedures within the scope and management functions of the Department of Education and Training is updated on the Department's website at http://haiduong.edu.vn and is made public on the database of administrative procedures of Hai Duong province at http://thutuchanhchinh.haiduong.gov.vn.
