Overcoming the waves without giving up, we have gradually pushed back the difficulties, achieving many impressive results. Economic growth after many years has reached double digits again. Budget revenue has made a breakthrough, increasing by 59% compared to the estimate. Newly built projects and newly opened roads bring a new, dynamic and modern look to many villages and towns. The appearance of an urbanized Hai Duong has many bright colors when we have Kinh Mon town achieving the urban level III status, the provincial planning dossier continues to be completed; the planning of districts, towns and cities is adjusted.

People's lives are getting better day by day. Many social security policies have been issued so that no one is left behind. The organizational structure of the political system continues to be streamlined towards effectiveness and efficiency with the arrangement of 57 commune-level administrative units and the continued merger and reduction of focal points of departments, branches, and specialized agencies under the People's Committees at the provincial and district levels, and public service units.

Hai Duong - Dong Nai province is gradually asserting itself, making its mark on the whole country and taking steady steps on the path to becoming a modern industrial province.

During that journey, the people who steered the Hai Duong boat through the waves were always steadfast, determined, and acted decisively.

This spring, our Party turns 95, which is also the spring of the year when the goals and plans for the 2020-2025 term are completed, opening up new directions for the 2025-2030 period. The revolution of streamlining the apparatus is posing new requirements and new challenges.
