Speaking at the workshop, Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Trieu The Hung acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the Provincial Police after 1 year of implementing Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW dated March 16, 2022 of the Politburo on "Promoting the building of a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern People's Police force, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation". In the coming time, the Chairman of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee requested that Party committees, authorities, and police forces in the whole province continue to promote propaganda and dissemination of viewpoints, guiding ideas, goals, tasks, and solutions of Resolution No. 12, directives and implementation documents of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee so that all cadres, party members, and people fully and deeply understand the purpose, requirements, significance, importance, and core content of Resolution No. 12. Create high unity in will, action, and determination of the entire Party, the entire army, and the entire people, clearly identifying this as the responsibility of the entire political system. Proactively and promptly advise and propose to the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the Central Public Security Party Committee, and leaders of the Ministry of Public Security to resolve issues beyond their authority.

Prioritize investment resources to equip facilities, infrastructure and means for the police force.

Deputy Minister of Public Security Tran Quoc To spoke, acknowledging and highly appreciating the significance of the conference when it received the attention of professional units of the Ministry of Public Security, Party committees, authorities, departments, branches, localities and many scientists. Resolution No. 12 plays an important role and significance for the entire political system, especially the People's Public Security force. Hai Duong Provincial Public Security needs to pay attention to studying 23 component projects related to Resolution No. 12 of the force systems developed by the Ministry of Public Security. The Provincial Public Security closely follows the programs, resolutions and projects issued by Hai Duong province with each content and task to implement appropriately according to the actual situation.

In the coming time, to effectively implement and bring Resolution No. 12 and the project of Hai Duong province into life, the Deputy Minister of Public Security requested all cadres and party members of Hai Duong Provincial Police to be unified, imbued with awareness, act correctly and resolutely, following the implementation roadmap. Pay attention to promoting advantages, seizing opportunities, focusing on overcoming difficulties. According to the functions, tasks, and component projects, the professional units of the Ministry of Public Security need to proactively and actively guide and support Hai Duong Provincial Police as well as other localities. Request the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Hai Duong province to continue to pay attention and create the best conditions for the Provincial Police to complete the assigned tasks.

In the discussion, 15 delegates from professional units of the Ministry of Public Security, representatives of police agencies at all levels, leaders of departments, branches and localities of the province spoke and proposed many solutions and measures to remove difficulties and obstacles to carry out tasks related to the implementation of the project. The delegates' opinions focused on a number of main contents such as the need to focus on the Party's leadership in implementing Resolution No. 12. Hai Duong Provincial Police need to pay attention to fostering political ideology, qualifications, capacity and expertise for police forces at all levels; managing officers and soldiers to maintain discipline and order, stepping up inspection, supervision and prevention of violations.
