According to the resolution of Hai Duong Provincial People's Council, Ta Quang Buu apartment complex includes 2 buildings CT1 and CT2, both 18 floors high, expected to accommodate about 390 apartments.
The People's Council of Hai Duong province has just issued a resolution on deciding on the investment policy of the Ta Quang Buu Apartment Complex Project. The project is expected to be built in the collective housing area of officials and workers of Lilama 69-3 Village, Binh Han Ward (Hai Duong City).
According to the resolution, Hai Duong invests in building a social housing area according to the approved plan with a total area of over 4,831m2, including 2 apartment buildings CT1 and CT2, both 18 floors high, expected to arrange about 390 social housing apartments with an area of 45 to 60m2. Of which, CT1 apartment building is expected to arrange about 240 apartments, CT2 building is expected to have about 150 apartments.
This is a high-rise social housing project to serve the relocation of households (eligible for social housing policies according to regulations) currently living in old, degraded collective housing areas and apartments that do not ensure construction quality and safety in use in Hai Duong City (Binh Minh, May Bom, May Su collective housing areas, etc.). In case there are still remaining apartments after arranging for the above households, the People's Committee of Hai Duong City is responsible for reporting to the competent authority to arrange for other subjects eligible for social housing policies according to regulations.
The project investor is the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board. The total project investment is over 292.3 billion VND from the provincial budget; implementation period is in the period of 2023-2025.
