Dream come true

I arrived at Hanoi - Hai Duong Beer Joint Stock Company in Hai Duong City on the day the enterprise's Party Committee held a conference to summarize the work of 2024 and deploy tasks for 2025.

At the conference, young party member Vu Manh Hung sang loudly: “Following the Party with pure loyalty. Even though the road still has to go through rain and sunshine. Oh Vietnam, spring has come!” How could one not be happy when Mr. Hung just received the title of party member who has completed his duties excellently? Mr. Hung has only been officially transferred to the Party for a few months now.

He recalled that when he first started working at the company, he never thought that one day he would be admitted to the Party. However, after 7 years of hard work and with the help of the Party cell, in September 2023, Mr. Hung was admitted to the Party.

“After many years of hard work, my dream has come true. Since becoming a party member, I have constantly strived and set an example in my work. As a market employee, I always try to complete the task of promoting and marketing products in the assigned area. Thanks to my good work, I have been recognized and rewarded by the Party cell and the company's Party Committee. The process of hard work and striving has also helped increase my income,” Mr. Hung shared.

Mr. Vu Van Khoan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of Hanoi - Hai Duong Beer Joint Stock Company said that since becoming a Party member, Comrade Hung has had clear goals, is exemplary, and is more responsible in his work.

In recent years, the company has paid special attention to Party building. The Party Committee of Hanoi - Hai Duong Beer Joint Stock Company has 74 members operating in 8 Party cells. In 2024, the Party Committee admitted 2 members and officially transferred 3 comrades to the Party, and introduced 2 people to attend Party awareness classes. The Party members are all exemplary cadres and employees with good capacity, many topics and initiatives to improve techniques and technology to improve the production and business efficiency of the enterprise.

As a foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprise, Hyundai Kefico Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Dai An Industrial Park expanded to establish a Party cell in October 2017 with 6 initial members. Up to now, the Party cell has 10 members. Although the Party cell secretary is not the leader of the enterprise, the Party organization always plays a good role as a bridge, pioneer, and role model.

Ms. Do Thi Phuong Nhung, Secretary of the Party Cell of Hyundai Kefico Vietnam Co., Ltd., said that over the years, the Party Cell has promoted and helped the company's leadership to properly implement the provisions of the law during its production and business activities in Vietnam. At the same time, it has promoted, motivated, encouraged, and assigned tasks for exemplary Party members and workers to compete in production. Every year, the Party Cell has directed and coordinated with organizations to organize movements and charity activities, and coordinated with business leaders to properly implement the provisions of the law on labor, taking care of the material and spiritual lives of workers.

The Party Committee of the Northern Thermal Power Service Joint Stock Company in Pha Lai Ward (Chi Linh City) was established in 2007 with 76 members. Through the development process, the Party Committee now has more than 100 members operating in 7 Party cells. Mr. Le Anh Van, member of the Board of Directors, Party Secretary, Deputy General Director of the company, said that the Party Committee of the company has proposed many solutions to enhance the leadership of the Party in performing production and business tasks.

The Party Committee and Board of Directors have led and directed the company to grow, creating a brand and reputation in the market inside and outside the province. The company has signed and implemented many major repair contracts at many units, increasing revenue sources and contributing to raising the income of workers.

As a small-scale garment enterprise with more than 200 employees, TBT Garment Company Limited in Thanh Hai Commune (Thanh Ha) has also established a Party cell since 2018. Mr. Le Viet Thai, Party Cell Secretary and Deputy Director of the company, said that the leadership of the Party organization in the enterprise brings many advantages, helping to create a unique culture for the enterprise. At the same time, the enterprise also promotes exemplary pioneering in implementing social responsibilities, protecting the environment, and protecting workers.

"The company will continue to train, promote, and develop more party members in the coming time, building an increasingly strong party cell," said Mr. Thai.

At these enterprises, with the contribution of the Party organization, production and business activities always develop higher each year than the previous year. At the end of each year, the Party Committees and Party cells build new development goals and plans.
