The Party Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Business Association does a good job of developing party members.

The Hai Duong Provincial Business Association Party Committee was formerly the Hai Duong Provincial Business Association Party Cell. When it was first established in 2014, the Hai Duong Provincial Business Association Party Cell had only 3 party members. After more than 1 year of establishment, the Party Cell grew to 47 party members. In 2017, the Hai Duong Provincial Business Association Party Cell was upgraded to a Party Committee with 60 party members, operating in 7 affiliated Party Cells.

In 2023, the Hai Duong City Party Committee merged the City Enterprise Party Committee with the Hai Duong Provincial Enterprise Association Party Committee. After 10 years of establishment, the Hai Duong Provincial Enterprise Association Party Committee has 605 party members (more than 200 times the number when it was first established), operating in 41 affiliated party cells.

The quality of party organizations and party members is increasingly improved. Every year, over 70% of party organizations and party members in the Party Committee complete their tasks well or better, of which over 15% of party organizations and party members complete their tasks excellently, and no party organization or party member fails to complete their tasks. Over the past 10 years, the Hai Duong Provincial Business Association Party Committee has had 40 party cells and 87 party members awarded certificates of merit by the Hai Duong Provincial and City Party Committees.

At the 10th anniversary celebration (November 27, 2014 - November 27, 2024) on the morning of November 23, the Party Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Business Association was awarded a certificate of merit by the Hai Duong City Party Committee for its outstanding achievements in Party building work.
