Vietlott found 2 tickets winning the billion-dollar jackpot, Jackpot of over 113 billion has not "exploded"

Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company (Vietlott) informed that in the 1057th drawing of Power 6/55 lottery taking place tonight (July 6), Vietlott's Drawing Council determined the value of Jackpot 1 prize to be over 113 billion VND. However, no lucky player has won this prize yet.

However, Vietlott's system has determined that there are 2 customers who won the Jackpot 2 prize worth 1,767,804,975 VND in tonight's drawing. Thus, the total value of today's Jackpot 2 prize is more than 3.5 billion VND.

The lucky numbers in the 1057th draw of the Power 6/55 lottery taking place today are 08 - 10 - 12 - 22 - 25 - 55 and the golden pair of numbers to compare Jackpot 2 is 52.

A Jackpot 2 winning ticket is one that matches 5 out of 6 numbers of Jackpot 1 and the remaining number matches the lucky number randomly selected by Vietlott.

The Jackpot 1 winning numbers today are 08 - 10 - 12 - 22 - 25- 55. The Jackpot 2 winning ticket is the ticket that matches 5 out of the 6 numbers above and number 52.

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Finance in Circular No. 111/2013/TT-BTC, the owner of the winning ticket will have to fulfill the tax payment obligation according to current regulations when receiving the prize.

Accordingly, the two lucky customers who won the Jackpot 2 jackpot today will have to pay 10% personal income tax, equivalent to nearly 177 million VND. Thus, the amount of money that each player receives is nearly 1.6 billion VND.

Also in this 1057th drawing, Vietlott found 33 people who won first prizes, each worth 40,000,000 VND, 1,607 people who won second prizes, each worth 500,000 VND, and 32,178 people who won third prizes, each worth 50,000 VND.

The prize claim period is 60 days from the date of announcement of the prize. After this period, the prize will be canceled and added to Vietlott's other income category.
