Hai Duong Provincial People's Procuracy resolved cases exceeding nearly 4.7%

Typically, the case settlement work at the prosecution stage reached nearly 99.7% (exceeding nearly 4.7% of assigned tasks), the rate of identifying key cases reached nearly 16.5% (exceeding nearly 11.5%). Along with that, there were no cases of overdue detention or temporary detention. 100% of cases of arrest and detention were transferred to criminal proceedings. The quality of criminal and civil protests was improved, with the acceptance rate reaching 100% (exceeding 15%). The quality and quantity of recommendations and requests in all stages of work increased compared to the same period. 100% of two-level units completed the inspection of the implementation of recommendations in 2023.

In recent times, the People's Procuracy at two levels of the province has improved the quality of its leadership and direction, with many innovations and creativity in its work. Units have promoted the responsibility of prosecution in investigation activities. The quality of prosecutors' arguments in court has been improved. The sector has proactively conducted strict supervision, accelerated progress, improved the quality of case resolution, and prevented serious wrongdoings and missed criminals.

The Procuracy also strengthens coordination to promptly and strictly resolve cases under the supervision of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negativity.
