Hai Duong youth volunteer for beloved juniors

Free swimming classes are held in Quang Thanh commune (Kinh Mon).

The Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Children's Council of Hai Duong have just opened 3 free swimming classes for children at the Quang Thanh Commune Swimming Pool (Kinh Mon) to strengthen drowning prevention in children. This is an activity in the program "Volunteer Soldiers for Beloved Juniors" on the occasion of the Month of Action for Children 2023.

On this occasion, the Youth Union, Association and Young Pioneers at all levels in the province actively disseminated the Law on Children, policies and laws related to children; organized 13 free English classes, 14 life skills classes, skills to prevent abuse, accidents, drowning, safety skills in the online environment, 24 free swimming classes, 23 badminton, table tennis and soccer classes. The Youth Union at all levels mobilized over 300 gifts for children in difficult circumstances, donated 1 playground for children... with a total value of nearly 200 million VND.

This activity demonstrates the pioneering and voluntary role of youth union members and officers in charge of children in protecting, caring for and educating teenagers and children during the summer.
