The school has currently enrolled about 35% of the target for this system. Students studying in the 9+ system will study vocational training for about 20 months and study culture for 30 months. After graduation, students will have both a culture diploma (equivalent to a high school diploma) and a vocational secondary diploma. The 9+ system opens up many paths for students who did not pass the 10th grade of high school or those who have early career orientation.

The school currently has 8 training majors for the 9+ system to choose from, recruiting students based on the academic results of 9th grade students. Students participating in this training program at the school are exempted from vocational training fees.

The school enrolls students from May to September 2023; currently cooperating with 30-40 enterprises in and outside the province. Students have the opportunity to study at foreign enterprises.
