The Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board has announced an invitation to compete for architectural plans for the construction of the Martyrs' Temple and Hai Duong Provincial Cultural Park.
Accordingly, this is a group B project, the project implementation location is in Tan Hung ward, Hai Duong city. The requirement of the competition is to develop an architectural plan suitable for the scale in the approved investment policy, including the following items: Martyrs' Temple (construction area of about 300 m2); bell tower, drum tower (construction area of about 20 m2); square (construction area of about 1,500 m2); memorial - relief (construction area of about 256 m2); Management Board office building (construction area of about 140 m2); auxiliary items (total area of about 22,790 m2).
The project construction cost is 200 billion VND.
The Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board (the organizing unit of the competition) said that the competition is open to individuals and domestic and foreign design consulting organizations with sufficient professional capacity, practicing according to current law and voluntarily participating. The time for receiving application documents is from November 1, 2024 to 4:30 p.m. on December 11, 2024.
Contest venue and submission of entries: Hai Duong Province Construction Investment Project Management Board (No. 16 Le Viet Hung, Ngoc Chau Ward, Hai Duong City). The winning entries will be awarded as follows: 1 first prize of 100 million VND; 1 second prize of 60 million VND; 1 third prize of 40 million VND.
