Hai Duong City (Hai Duong) has completed site clearance for 7 projects and is focusing on implementing key projects to create resources.
Hai Duong City is implementing site clearance for 56 projects and works. The city has approved compensation and support plans for 15 projects in phases with a total amount of over 387 billion VND, exceeding the annual plan by nearly 30%.
According to the Land Clearance Board of Hai Duong City, in the first 9 months of 2024, the city completed land clearance for 7 projects, including: Ring Road 1 construction project; Nam Dong Ward Police Headquarters; Ai Quoc Ward Police Headquarters; Ngoc Chau residential area; City wastewater treatment station; Phase 1 of the Vu Cong Dan Road expansion project connecting Hai Duong City with Cam Giang and Binh Giang districts; Hai Duong Trade Center.
