33 residential and urban projects in Hai Duong have been assigned to investors but have not completed site clearance.

According to the review of the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province, from 2021 to now, the whole province has 35 residential area, urban and residential area projects that have completed the selection of investors. Kim Thanh district has the most projects with 8 projects, followed by Cam Giang and Nam Sach districts with 5 projects each. Chi Linh city alone has no projects.

To date, 2 projects in Kim Thanh and Nam Sach districts have completed construction investment, technical infrastructure acceptance and land use fees calculation. 3 projects in Thanh Ha, Gia Loc and Nam Sach districts have not completed site clearance but the province has handed over part of the land area to investors for construction. The remaining 30 projects are carrying out site clearance compensation and have not handed over land to investors.

The Department of Planning and Investment requests the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to develop specific plans on the progress of completing compensation and site clearance for each project. Project investors prepare financial resources to advance compensation and site clearance funds according to the approved plan for localities, speeding up the progress of completing investment preparation work. Relevant agencies and units coordinate to remove obstacles to speed up project implementation progress.
