On the afternoon of October 31, a representative of the leader of Binh Dan commune (Kim Thanh) said that the Binh Dan commune police force had just coordinated with the police of Kim Tan and Lien Hoa communes to bring a lost child back to his family safely.

Previously, at 8:00 p.m. on October 30, 2023, the inter-commune patrol team of Binh Dan - Kim Tan - Lien Hoa Commune Police was on patrol duty to ensure security and order in Binh Dan Commune when they discovered a lost boy. The patrol team encouraged and asked about the boy. The boy said his name was HNNQ, born in 2012 in An Hoa Commune, An Duong District (Hai Phong City).

The patrol team took the child to the headquarters, quickly verified, contacted the local authorities and the family to pick up the child. At 9:40 p.m. the same day, the child's mother, Ms. NTH, born in 1984, residing in Tam Ky commune, came to pick up the child; at the same time, she sent her thanks to the officers and soldiers in the patrol team.
