At 8:00 p.m. on January 13, Tuan Viet Commune Police received a report from the family of NPN, born in 2010, in An Binh village, studying in class 7D at Tuan Viet Commune Secondary School, who finished school at 5:15 p.m. but had not returned home.
Immediately after receiving the family's report, the Commune Police coordinated with the family and the school to verify N.'s movements and coordinated with neighboring localities.
At 9:39 p.m. the same day, Tuan Viet Commune Police received information that N. was lost and had been brought to Bat Trang Commune Police, An Lao District, Hai Phong City by local people. Immediately, Tuan Viet Commune Police sent forces and the family to bring the child home safely at night.
