The project to build a residential area north of Thanh Ha town (Thanh Ha, Hai Duong) was agreed by the District People's Council to adjust the completion time of phase 1 in 2025.
At the 21st Session, term 2021-2026, Thanh Ha District People's Council unanimously approved the resolution to adjust the investment policy of the Project to build a residential area north of Thanh Ha town (Cam Viet commune, Thanh Ha). The project is invested by Thanh Ha District Construction Investment Project Management Board with a total capital of more than 260.5 billion VND.
Specifically, the District People's Council agreed to adjust the project implementation time: Phase 1 will be completed in 2025, Phase 2 will be completed in 2027; adjusting the project investment capital from the district budget and other legal capital sources.
The District People's Council decided to adjust the project implementation time because some households did not agree with the project implementation policy, did not cooperate, causing difficulties in the process of measuring and surveying geology to complete the project adjustment dossier. It is necessary to supplement the design dossier of the electrical construction drawing to ensure the living conditions of the people after winning the land use rights auction. During the appraisal of the project adjustment dossier, it is necessary to seek opinions from many related departments and branches. Completing the dossier takes a long time.
The project to build a residential area north of Thanh Ha town is a group B project implemented in 2018. This is a project to create investment sources for works in the public investment plan for the period 2016-2020 of Thanh Ha district. The project has had to be adjusted many times for the above reasons.
Most recently, in 2023, the District People's Council agreed to adjust the project investment policy to include 2 phases: phase 1 to be completed before the fourth quarter of 2024, phase 2 from the first quarter of 2025 to the end of 2027.
