In the whole Hai Duong province, there are 64 projects that are behind schedule and the Provincial People's Committee has allowed investors to complete investment procedures, of which 44 projects have investors submitting documents proposing project adjustments.
According to the Department of Planning and Investment, the province currently has 64 slow-progressing investment projects that have been allowed by the Provincial People's Committee for investors to complete investment procedures.
To date, the Department of Planning and Investment has received 44/64 project adjustment proposals from investors. The Department has also appraised and submitted to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval of investment policy adjustments for 15/44 projects; is presiding over and appraising 29/44 projects. For 20 projects that are behind schedule, investors have not yet submitted their adjustment proposals.
In the coming time, if investors do not submit project documents, the Department of Planning and Investment will consider handling violations according to regulations before reporting to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval of investment policy adjustments.
