At the meeting with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh highly appreciated the online meeting between the two Prime Ministers on November 2, in which the two sides adopted a Joint Statement on Establishing a Comprehensive Green Strategic Partnership.
The Prime Minister thanked the Danish Government for creating favorable conditions for the LEGO Group to invest in Vietnam, and hoped that the two countries would continue to promote investment and trade cooperation. He also asked Denmark to increase support for Vietnam in terms of technology, capital, and sharing experiences in institutional reform.
Meanwhile, the Danish Prime Minister highly appreciated Vietnam-Denmark cooperation, especially in responding to climate change, combined with ensuring food security, and welcomed Vietnam's strong commitments to emission reduction.
The two leaders agreed to direct relevant agencies to synchronously deploy measures to further deepen and effectively develop bilateral relations.
At the meeting with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his pleasure to meet Mr. Mark Rutte again in the context of the Vietnam-Netherlands comprehensive partnership being on a good development path.
For his part, Prime Minister Mark Rutte reiterated his deep impression of his recent visit to Vietnam, especially the fact that the two Prime Ministers participated in a cycling activity, a symbolic activity demonstrating the two leaders' commitment to environmental protection and climate change response; and agreed to continue promoting the effective implementation of high-level agreements reached during the visit.
Prime Minister Mark Rutte appreciated the Vietnamese Government for creating favorable conditions for Dutch businesses to operate and invest in Vietnam; affirmed his readiness to strengthen cooperation and support Vietnam in responding to climate change, developing agriculture and high technology. Prime Minister Mark Rutte affirmed that he will actively promote the early ratification of the Vietnam-European Union Investment Protection Agreement (EVIPA).

At the meeting with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store, the two leaders highly appreciated the results of Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan's recent visit to Norway and agreed to promote the agreements reached during the visit.

At a meeting with Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that Vietnam highly values the friendly relationship with Zambia and hopes that the two countries will strengthen multifaceted cooperation.
The Zambian President highly appreciated Vietnam's socio-economic development achievements in recent times, agreed that the two countries need to strengthen cooperation, including tripartite cooperation in agriculture, and hoped that Vietnam would share experiences in development, procedural reform, and public service provision.
