According to Phu Quoc Express Joint Stock Company (Phu Quoc Express, the investor), the ship is designed according to European standards, with engines imported directly from Germany. The ship is guaranteed to operate safely in harsh weather conditions.
Previously, this ship served to welcome the US Navy's USS Ronald Reagan aircraft carrier in Da Nang, then anchored at CT 15 port before being brought to Sa Ky port.
Sa Ky - Ly Son is an important waterway of Quang Ngai province, to take visitors from the mainland to the famous outpost island with volcanic cliffs and the history of the Hoang Sa army. On the route, there are 6 high-speed boats (Super Bien Dong, Super 2 Bien Dong, Super Speed Hoa Binh, Super Speed Hoa Binh 2 and An Vinh Express, Chin Nghia 09) of 4 waterway transport companies.
