The teacher who behaved inappropriately and used "you" and "I" with students has resigned.

Previously, a clip filmed in a classroom appeared on social media with the title: "The teacher behaves differently than a teacher." In the clip, which is more than 20 seconds long and was shared online, the teacher stands on the podium, points at the face and scolds a male student with many inappropriate words, calling the student "you - me". The clip was determined to have taken place at Phan Huy Chu High School, Thach That.

According to verification, the incident happened in the 3rd period, September 29, in class 10A9, taught by teacher NCT - an English teacher. The teacher had inappropriate behavior and language with student N.D.TK.

On the morning of October 2, the school invited parents, student N.D.TK and teacher NCT to a meeting. At the meeting, teacher NCT publicly apologized to parents and students for his inappropriate behavior and language. Parents and students accepted the apology. Student N.D.TK also apologized to the teacher for speaking to him in an empty and subjectless manner.

On the afternoon of October 3, at the meeting of the school's Emulation, Reward and Discipline Council, the NCT teacher self-criticized and realized that his behavior and conduct were against regulations and affected the reputation of the education sector and the school. The NCT teacher realized that he did not have enough confidence to continue teaching, so he submitted his resignation on October 4 and was approved by the School Council.

After the incident, the school held a meeting of the Pedagogical Council to draw lessons for the staff, teachers, and employees, and disseminate the regulations of the industry. The school also held a meeting of the Parents' Representative Committee to announce the results of the incident to reassure parents, and at the same time, implemented life skills education, civilized behavior on social networks for students, and assigned homeroom teachers to reassure students so that they could study with peace of mind.
