The Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong has decided to appoint teacher Le Van Luc, Principal of Thanh Mien High School, to the position of Principal of Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted.

On the afternoon of November 27, at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Tan Binh Ward (Hai Duong City), the Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong organized the announcement of the decision on personnel work in 2024.
The Department of Education and Training has issued a decision appointing teacher Le Van Luc, Principal of Thanh Mien High School, to hold the position of Principal of Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted from December 1.
Mr. Luc is in the rotation to replace Meritorious Teacher Trinh Ngoc Tung, Principal of Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted. Mr. Tung is also in the rotation and will be appointed as Principal of Hong Quang High School.
Meritorious Teacher Vu Thanh Lam, Principal of Hong Quang High School, will retire according to the policy.
Next week, the Hai Duong Department of Education and Training is expected to hold a ceremony to award the decision to appoint Meritorious Teacher Trinh Ngoc Tung as Principal of Hong Quang High School.

On the same afternoon, the Department of Education and Training also handed over the decision to transfer and appoint teacher Tran Van Ta, Principal of Cam Giang High School, to hold the position of Principal of Thanh Mien High School.
The Department of Education and Training assigned teacher Nguyen Duc Manh, Vice Principal of Cam Giang High School, to temporarily take charge of and run Cam Giang High School until the position of Principal is completed.
This is the second rotation of Principals of public high schools under the Department of Education and Training in 2024. Previously, the Department had rotated, transferred, and appointed Principals of public high schools under the Department in Kinh Mon town, Kim Thanh, Ninh Giang, and Thanh Ha districts.
This decision on personnel work is to implement Regulation No. 646-QD/TU dated January 1, 2023 of the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee on personnel rotation. Principals of public high schools under the Hai Duong Department of Education and Training shall not hold a position for more than 2 consecutive terms (8 years) at the same unit.
Teacher Le Van Luc was born in 1977, from Quang Minh commune, Gia Loc district, graduated from Hanoi Pedagogical University, has a master's degree in analytical mathematics, and advanced political theory. Mr. Luc used to be a teacher and Vice Principal of Doan Thuong High School (Gia Loc). During his work, Mr. Luc has been a Party member for many consecutive years, completing his tasks excellently, achieving the title of grassroots emulation fighter, 5 times achieving the title of provincial emulation fighter, 1 time achieving the title of national emulation fighter, receiving many certificates of merit and certificates of merit from all levels and sectors, including the Prime Minister's certificate of merit in 2019...
