Inspecting civil servant recruitment at many agencies

According to the newly issued plan, in the first quarter of 2024, the Ministry of Home Affairs inspectorate will inspect the recruitment and appointment of civil servants, public employees, and management leaders at the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises; Hau Giang province.

In Thai Nguyen and Hung Yen, the Ministry of Home Affairs will inspect the construction of job positions and management of civil servant payrolls; ethics, communication culture, things civil servants are not allowed to do; professional rules for civil servants; recruitment and reception of civil servants; appointment of civil servants to leadership and management positions, and promotion of civil servants.

In the second quarter, the Ministry of Home Affairs inspected the recruitment and appointment of civil servants and public employees at a series of central agencies such as the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences; and Tra Vinh, Quang Tri, and Yen Bai provinces.

In the second half of 2024, the Ministry of Construction, Voice of Vietnam, Can Tho City, Lam Dong, Long An and Khanh Hoa provinces will be inspected.

The 2024 inspection plan aims to detect loopholes in the management mechanism and recruitment policies of civil servants and public employees in order to propose solutions to overcome and prevent them. This activity also helps units improve operational efficiency and protect the interests of organizations and individuals.

In addition, in 2024, the Central Emulation and Reward Committee will inspect the implementation of this work in Hai Duong province; Thua Thien Hue, An Giang, Ninh Thuan; Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.

The Government Committee for Religious Affairs inspects the implementation of legal regulations on beliefs and religions in Phu Tho, Binh Dinh, Da Nang, and Lao Cai.
