Thanh Mien builds 6 zero-waste field models

There are 5 models of plastic waste-free fields in Tan Trao, Tu Cuong, Cao Thang communes and Thanh Mien town (of which Tan Trao has 2 models). Chi Lang Nam commune has built a model of "3 no" fields (no overuse of pesticides, no use of growth stimulants, no littering in the fields). Each model has an area of ​​30 hectares planted using the method of one variety, one time.

In 2024, Thanh Mien District Farmers' Association strives to build 10 models of plastic waste-free fields with an area of ​​over 300 hectares. This is an activity to realize the breakthrough work of promoting the application of science and technology, promoting clean agricultural production in the direction of organic with high economic value and mobilizing all resources to ensure environmental sanitation, building a "bright, green, clean, beautiful" landscape of the district in 2024.
