At the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, there is a free newspaper counter that is constantly updated with all current affairs and weekly newspapers, especially the Spring At Ty 2025 publication.From January 1, 2025, civil servants and public employees working at the Hai Duong Provincial Public Administration Service Center will receive support of VND 1,200,000/person/month.
