Comrade Nguyen Tien Hoan, Head of the Organizing Committee of Nam Sach District Party Committee, has just been appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong.
On the morning of December 2, the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Hoan, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organization Board of Nam Sach District Party Committee, was accepted by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to work at the Department of Planning and Investment and appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment. The term of office is 5 years, from December 2, 2024 to December 1, 2029.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Hoan was born in 1976 in An Son commune (Nam Sach). He has a bachelor's degree in international economic law, a master's degree in economic management; and a senior degree in political theory.
He has held the positions of Deputy Chief of the District Party Committee Office, Head of the District Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Secretary of the An Son Commune Party Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department, and Head of the Nam Sach District Party Committee's Organization Department.
Along with comrade Nguyen Tien Hoan, at the conference announcing the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work on the morning of December 2, 3 comrades were transferred and appointed.
Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Sam, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Tu Ky District Party Committee was transferred and appointed to the position of Provincial Inspector.
Comrade Nguyen Van Thuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, was appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Tu Ky District Party Committee.
