The announcement stated: Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Law on Organization of the National Assembly No. 57/2014/QH13, which has been amended and supplemented by a number of articles under Law No. 65/2020/QH14, the Rules of the National Assembly session issued together with Resolution No. 102/2015/QH13 dated November 24, 2015 of the National Assembly, the Standing Committee of the 15th National Assembly decided to convene the 4th extraordinary session of the 15th National Assembly to complete the personnel of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The 4th extraordinary session of the 15th National Assembly took place on the morning of March 2, 2023 at the National Assembly House.
According to the Program, the Oath-taking Ceremony of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam will be broadcast live on VTV1 - Vietnam Television, VOV1 - Voice of Vietnam and Vietnam National Assembly Television from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on the same day.
