Flip-chip transistor arrays are the interconnecting material between semiconductor chips and motherboards for transmitting electrical signals and power.

Samsung plans to invest in stages from now until 2023. Of which, the factory in Vietnam is the main production facility, while domestic factories in Suwon City (Gyeonggi Province) and Busan City will focus on technology development.

Currently, Samsung is the leading enterprise in the field of manufacturing flip-chip transistor arrays used for system semiconductor chips (without memory properties) in mobile phones.
