All the household waste that had been accumulating for many days in Duong Mong village and the two remaining villages of Ngu Phuc commune (Kim Thanh, Hai Duong) has been collected.
On November 28, the People's Committee of Ngu Phuc commune directed the commune's household waste collection unit to collect all the household waste that had accumulated for many days in Duong Mong village.
In addition to Duong Mong village, garbage in the remaining two villages, Quang Dat and Bang Lai, which had been accumulated for many days, was also collected and brought to the collection point.
A representative of Ngu Phuc Commune People's Committee said that in recent days, the commune has been experiencing a backlog of household waste for many days, causing frustration among the people. The reason is that the garbage collection unit has broken machinery, transport vehicles, and lack of workers, so it has not been able to collect the waste in time.
Immediately after receiving feedback from the people and information from Hai Duong Newspaper, Ngu Phuc Commune People's Committee directed the garbage collection unit to hire an outside vehicle to transport the garbage to the collection point. The Commune People's Committee requested the collection unit to urgently repair the vehicle, arrange human resources to collect the garbage on time, and avoid garbage congestion, affecting people's lives.
On November 27, Hai Duong electronic newspaper published a reader's opinion "Garbage piles up in Ngu Phuc commune (Kim Thanh)”, reflecting the situation of domestic waste remaining uncollected for many days in Ngu Phuc commune, causing environmental pollution and public outrage.
