Lucky draw to find the winner of the lucky bill program

Director of the Department of Finance, Chairman of the Supervisory Council for the organization of the lucky bill program in the province clarified some contents about the operating regulations of the council.

On the afternoon of October 19, the Hai Duong Provincial Tax Department held a conference to deploy a number of contents according to the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee on the establishment of the Supervisory Council for organizing the lucky invoice program in the province (referred to as the Supervisory Council), the operating regulations of this council; drawing the lucky invoice program for the second and third quarters of 2022.

The lottery program to find the winners was carried out according to the principle of random selection managed by the Provincial Tax Department on the centralized electronic invoice system of the tax sector, deployed directly through the software system and data infrastructure from the General Department of Taxation (at the address hoadonmayman.gdt.gov.vn). As a result, the first prize of the second quarter belonged to Tan Tien Long Auto Parts Store, tax code4101542711; The third quarter first prize belongs to the buyer named "Pham Thi Yen", tax code5701804079.

Detailed information about the invoice code, buyer and tax code of the winning buyer... will be updated on the Provincial Tax Department Portal (at haiduong.gdt.gov.vn).

Previously, to implement the lucky invoice program, the Provincial Tax Department advised the Provincial People's Committee to establish a Supervisory Council with 10 members, with the Director of the Department of Finance as Chairman of this council.

Conduct lucky bill program drawing

According to the rules and procedures for drawing the prize of the Provincial Tax Department, the lucky invoice program is implemented in the province for all electronic invoices of sellers who are organizations and individuals under the management area. Participants are all electronic invoices with codes of the tax authority (including electronic invoices generated from cash registers), buyers are individuals, business households with full identification information (tax code/citizen identification number/identity card/passport number), excluding canceled invoices, adjusted invoices, replacement invoices, invoices with the same tax code information of the seller and the buyer.

The program's prize structure for each draw includes 1 first prize (20 million VND), 3 second prizes (5 million VND/prize), 5 third prizes (2 million VND/prize), 35 consolation prizes (1 million VND/prize). The total value of the prizes for each quarter is 80 million VND.

The award ceremony is expected to be held on November 20, 2022. The lucky invoice selection period for the fourth quarter of 2022 is expected to be held no later than January 15, 2023.
