Crime suppression spearhead
On the night of August 19, although it was the traditional day of the People's Police, Task Force 151 of Ninh Giang District Police, including traffic police, criminal police, drug police, and commune police, was still tirelessly patrolling and controlling the roads. At 11:30 p.m., when arriving at the Chanh Bridge area in Ninh Giang town, a young man was walking and saw the Task Force approaching and immediately panicked and ran away. With a spirit of vigilance and professionalism, the police realized that this was a subject with a high possibility of committing a crime, so they immediately conducted an inspection. Through the inspection, the Task Force identified the subject as Ngo Xuan Diep (born in 1989, residing in Vinh Bao district, Hai Phong city), who was hiding 9 small plastic bags containing 2.266 grams of synthetic drugs. Diep confessed that he had just bought the drugs and brought them to Ninh Giang district to sell for profit.

In addition, Diep has 3 previous convictions for intentional injury, human trafficking and theft.
