On the morning of January 27, on National Highway 5, through Co Phuc Bac village, Kim Lien commune (Kim Thanh), many traders spilled out onto the road, selling Tet goods.

In this area, the People's Committee of Kim Lien commune has put up a sign "No Market" and regularly arranges forces to check and remind. However, every year, near Tet, traders from other places still flock here, ignoring the prohibition sign, and brazenly holding the market.

This road connecting Kim Thanh district with Hai Phong city has a high traffic density. The fact that small traders spread out onto Highway 5 to do business not only obstructs traffic, affects vehicles on the road, is potentially dangerous, but also causes unsightliness.
