The traffic light at the intersection of Le Thanh Nghi Street and Nguyen Van Linh Street (Hai Duong City) had turned red, but the group of young men still sped through it, causing a collision with a pedestrian.
At around 12:00 on December 12, a group of eight young men riding four motorbikes without helmets or license plates suddenly accelerated, ran a red light, and weaved through traffic to cross this intersection.
Due to not being able to control the speed, it was rush hour, the traffic through the intersection was very heavy, so one of the cars in the group collided with a car going the right way. The collision caused an elderly woman to fall, the group of young men intended to run away but were held back by the people.
Recently, in Hai Duong city, there have been groups of young people not wearing helmets, driving motorbikes at high speed, causing insecurity for people and vehicles participating in traffic.
