On October 28, the People's Committee of Hai Duong province approved the starting price to organize the auction of land use rights for people to build houses in many residential areas and residential areas in Binh Giang district.
At the new Tan Hung village expansion area to Ly Do village, Tan Viet commune, the Provincial People's Committee approved the starting price for auctioning 30 land lots here at 13.5 million VND/m2.
At the new DDC location 2, Goi village, Binh Xuyen commune, the Provincial People's Committee approved the starting price for auctioning 102 land lots at 12.5 million VND/m2. At the new DDC in Quang Tien village and My Trach village, Binh Minh commune, the province approved the starting price for the 3rd and 2nd auction for 21 land lots at 18 million VND/m2.
The above prices include technical infrastructure investment costs, excluding registration fees and land use right certificate issuance fees.
In Co Bi commune, the Provincial People's Committee approved the starting price of 8 million VND/m2 for the second and third auctions of 17 land lots at the planned urban area of Bi Do village. At the planned new urban area of Bi Do village, the province approved the starting price of 6 million VND for the auction of 6 land lots. At the planned new urban area of O Xuyen village, the province approved the starting price for the seventh auction of 6 land lots at 6 million VND/m2. This price does not include the cost of technical infrastructure investment, registration fee, and land use right certificate issuance fee.
